I love speaking.
Not just the speaking bit itself, but working with organisers and the audience to create something that is both useful, engaging and entertaining.
There’s a range of stuff I speak about, and in recent years it’s included subjects such as business, marketing, social media, video, mental health and well-being, self doubt… to name but a few.
More recently the focus has shifted more towards the mental health and well-being end of the spectrum, delivering engaging and entertaining keynotes and sessions to a range of audiences.
(I also do a bit of stand up comedy as well, so humour and fun are bit parts of my delivery)
