Coaching
How to describe the work I do? Well, that’s hard, but it’s very much driven by you.
Yeah, I have some pillars I hang stuff around - authenticity, meaning/purpose, connection/community, control/choice and physiology/biology.
But to be honest you talk about what’s important and what you want to work on.
I don’t have a signature programme of x number of steps, and I don’t promise you’ll make $100K by next Thursday.
I don’t have a coaching programme that you get squished into.
Often the work is about two things:
Providing you with someone who will listen, without judgement and guide you when you need it.
Helping you to be more “authentic” and using less energy to be yourself.
And without all the BS coaching language that gets flung around like a child with a rubber toy.
The funny thing about coaching is that everyone could do with it, but most people don’t know what it is.
Best way to find out? Have a chat.
“His coaching sessions are engaging and tailored to the individual, making sure that everyone leaves with a renewed sense of purpose, confidence and motivation. If you’re looking to make positive changes, Dave is the perfect person to help you get there!”
“When I look at myself twelve months ago, I realise how far I have come in such a short time. I would encourage anyone who struggles with low confidence, anxiety around work to have a conversation with Dave.
This experience has changed my work life for the better, has helped me improve my business, reduce my stress levels and helped me understand myself. All these things are allowing me to look forward to a brighter and more balanced future”
“But if you are looking for something a bit different in a coach, and someone that sees you for what you are and is able to work with you, to motivate you, then give him a call.”
