Speaking starts with who you are. Everything else comes after.

Most speaker coaches start with technique.

Posture, pace, slides, the how. I start somewhere different.

Before we touch any of that, we look at who you are, what you actually want people to walk away with, and why it matters to you.

Once that's clear, the technique falls into place a lot faster, and when you get up to speak, it feels like you, not a performance.

Clients report a 76% increase in confidence on average. That's not a script or a trick. That's a real shift in how you show up.

How it works: Brain, Page, Stage
I work through three stages.

Brain – We start with clarity. Who you are, what you want to say, and why it matters. This is where the confidence actually comes from.

Page – Then we shape the content. What to say, what to leave out, and how to structure it so people actually follow you.

Stage – Last, we work on delivery. How you say it, how you hold the room, how you handle nerves when they show up.

Most coaching skips straight to Stage. That's why it doesn't stick. Start with Brain, and the rest gets a lot easier.

Dave coached me in preperation for my TEDx talk, and I can’t recommend him enough. He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and constantly went above and beyond in his support for me. If you need any support with speaking, writing or presenting - Dave is your man.
