A Body Scan is a very simple way to introduce yourself to mindfulness practice and reconnect to your physical body.
Now that may sound a bit woo woo, but it’s been something that has really helped me over the last few years.
All it requires is a place to sit undisturbed and a small amount of time dedicated to you.
I’ve recorded an audio for you to use to begin your practice, and this can be downloaded for use personally.
